Is life throwing a bunch of curve balls your way? You are not alone. I know what it feels like to be isolated, disregarded and ostracized. As someone who is formally trained in reiki, I will provide a reiki-infused reading for you. This reading will come to your email in the form a paragraph and 3 action steps you can take immediately to feel more aligned and connected. I won’t be talking at you but rather with you as we are on this journey together. If you need reassurance, your first email is free, reach out to me at hi@ayafrequencyyoga.com. I look forward to hearing from you.
