Peace! I am so happy our paths aligned and you are here. Aya Frequency is my safe space and sanctuary. I hope to create that same environment for you. The Aya is a West African plant, it can grow in the harshest climates and conditions. The Aya represents my journey, it may resonate with you as well. When the world seems harsh, chaotic and intense I tune into the Aya frequency to remind myself of my strength, resilience and courage. The Aya frequency does not discriminate, it is available to all. For you it may look like taking a deep breath, humming, or singing. For me it's journaling, writing and meditating.
